Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving merchandise. You will be eligible for a store credit, exchange for another item or a full refund, minus 10% of the total sales price, to cover the costs of re-stocking, original shipping cost (even if the original shipping was Free) and un-recoupable credit card processing fees. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on any returned items.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is needed for any return. Please contact us Click here. if a Return Authorization Number is desired.

All returned items must be received within 72 hours, be in the original packaging with all manuals, documents, accessories, etc. All items must be free of any cosmetic issues and/or modifications of any kind (pickup install, strap button etc.). J3 Guitars reserves the right to refuse any return that is not received in the condition it was originally shipped or arrives without an RA#.

Once a return is received it will be inspected by our staff. Refunds will be processed within 24hrs and should appear in 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

There are no returns on layaways, oversized or overweight items, special orders, items listed “AS-IS”, Consignment Items or any sale involving a trade. All sales involving a trade are final
